There are no refunds. Here's why:

All documents or other creative works submitted to Proof-Writer.net fully belong to the client (you) as the client's (your) intellectual property, including all edited draft and final submittals completed by the operator (Stefanie, owner of Proof-Writer.net) of Proof-Writer.net.

 

All orders will be followed and completed as requested by the client (you). The operator (Stefanie, owner of Proof-Writer.net) fully agrees to never return any order as incomplete. The definition of incomplete, or unsatisfactory work, is work with more than two missed edits in any submitted order of work. While no human gets writing perfect every single time, the operator of Proof-Writer.net (Stefanie, owner of Proof-Writer.net) makes it a duty (the reason for contracted  services) to do as perfect a job as expected by the client. By contracting writing/editing services with Proof-Writer.net, the operator of Proof-Writer.net guarantees that you will get a good grade on your assignment, and/or will be able to present well-written documents, i.e. resume, cover letter, book, etc.

        

After a written mutual agreement that purchased work is completed to the client's (your) satisfaction, the operator of Proof-Writer.net (Stefanie, owner of Proof-Writer.net) will be released from further responsibility to completed work. Each client's work is fully deleted after three consecutive days. Please, be sure to thoroughly check documents before closing out an order.
